Born and raised in Savannah, Brian E. Krapf heads his own litigation trial team and is a
partner in the firm. Since graduating law school in 1991, Mr. Krapf has focused his practice
on the representation of hard working people who have suffered physical, mental or emotional
injuries through the negligence of other individuals or corporations. While Mr. Krapf handles
varying types of catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases, his specialty areas of

malpractice and injuries; and traumatic brain injuries. In addition to Georgia, he is one of
a small number of Savannah lawyers admitted to practice law in Washington, D.C. and one of
very few Savannah lawyers admitted to practice before the United States Court of Federal
Claims. Mr. Krapf lectures at legal seminars, particularly on nursing home negligence and
malpractice, teaching other lawyers and their support staffs legal techniques and strategies
to protect our vulnerable elderly citizens. Since beginning his practice of law in 1991, Mr.
Krapf has obtained substantial verdicts, settlements and arbitration awards for his clients.
In addition to practicing law, Mr. Krapf is active in charitable community organizations and
